Through our online case management tool, eWay, you have full visibility of the progress of your move, so you know what has happened as soon as it has happened. eWay gives you complete transparency, and control of your move: you can track the progress of your move and see exactly where we are in the process, upload documents, and even contact your conveyancer, all from your sofa.

 

 

· No hidden extras

 

We have expert quote advisors on-hand to help with any questions you have in the early stages. They want to make sure that we understand your case fully, so your quote is as accurate as possible and you know exactly what you will pay and what you are paying for. There are no hidden extras and our fees won’t change unless your instructions do.

 

 

· No Move, No Legal Fee Guarantee

 

If your move falls through, through no fault of your own, you won’t pay for any legal work that has already been carried out.

Not only that, if you’ve already paid for searches on a property and it falls through, we will honour free searches if you find a replacement property within 3 months.

The conveyancers we work with are available at a time to suit you, from 8am to 8pm most weekdays. We’re also open at the weekends too, providing you with the flexibility you need when moving home.

Premier property lawyers were initially very good and informative but over time, they became less and less responsive and didn't mention that there were the additional fees to pay if exchange and completion were within three days of each other, which felt slightly sneaky.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Your feedback has been passed to the conveyancing manager. For the expedition fee, there is a note from the offset on the financial statement detailing this is applicable if exchange and completion occurs within three days. The process was fairly painless apart from my buyer making it a rather long one. Laura kept me informed at all stages and we eventually got there.
