Sometimes needed to be chased to get things done especially getting ready for exchange and completion. This got a bit messy and had to make constant phone calls as forms to our LISA accounts were late

Very efficient and friendly service. The online tracking platform is good but does require some modernisation as some buttons just refuse to work etc. Great if you prefer to communicate by email predominantly, but wouldn’t be suited to those who want to speak to person by phone daily as it’s often difficult to get through.

You have to work hard to get contact, but if you do, they do make contact back.

Would not choose if I do it all again. Their portal system is easy to use but communication was appalling. Vendor solicitors had to contact them multiple times before getting through and documents were lost in the email ether and not forwarded to the conveyancer.
