The company are easy to get hold off on the phone but can be quite slow via email. The costs are clear and they have a really useful portal to keep organised with paperwork throughout the sale of my property.

Premier property lawyers were initially very good and informative but over time, they became less and less responsive and didn't mention that there were the additional fees to pay if exchange and completion were within three days of each other, which felt slightly sneaky.

For the expedition fee, there is a note from the offset on the financial statement detailing this is applicable if exchange and completion occurs within three days.
