We had to chafe them at every stage of the process. Our conveyancer was away a lot and, even when he was in, often wouldn’t reply to our emails or calls without us having to escalate it

The company are easy to get hold off on the phone but can be quite slow via email. The costs are clear and they have a really useful portal to keep organised with paperwork throughout the sale of my property.
