We had 2 Conveyancers due to one leaving the company. The first solicitor Catherine Rae was great, always on top of everything and I never had to chase her. When she was replaced by Amun, service went down. Emails and voicemails would not be answered for multiple days if at all. Particularly in peak times like around exchange this was really frustrating.
