Fantastic conveyancing company. Speed is top priority, with everything done as soon as possible so you don't get held up at the end. Very friendly staff just a call or an email away. Our Conveyancer was excellent, always remembered who we were and the details of our case.

1st Property Lawyers were great. Every document we needed was uploaded to the portal immediately and we were emailed/texted straight away as soon as there was any news. The lawyers ended up chasing us to exchange because they were ready - never thought it happened that way round! Speaking to our vendors and their experience with their conveyancer only highlighted how efficient 1st Property Lawyers were compared to the high st solicitors our vendors were using. Highly recommended.
