Paul and his assistant "T" ? were fantastic. They arrived early, were polite, friendly and professional and worked tirelessly. We were ahead of time and they waited patiently until we could gain the keys to the new property without any gripe. Half way through packing up someone senior from the company turned up to check on progress and that I was happy. I most certainly was. We were rather hands on with our move due to excitement and wanting to get in asap. The guys managed the move excellently and I thank them for being all round great guys. A credit to the business and I would certainly recommend them.

They were brilliant from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From Bradley who I booked with following a survey visit to the wonderful team who were incredibly polite and helpful (not to mention strong!!!) They all made moving far less stressful than it could have been.

Prompt response and competitive quote. The day did not start off well with R&R arriving 2 hours late, but once they arrived they work extremely hard and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Just over a week before I moved I phoned to confirm and was told sorry cant do it fully booked, even though it had been provisionally booked for about a month.

Excellent members of staff, all very helpful. The packers and removers were well mannered, friendly and very efficient.

Packing was unfinished and so the move took significantly longer than anticipated. We had to finish the packing ourselves due to the packer leaving it unfinished. This meant that not everything was moved by the movers as it couldn't be finished before the truck left. After the move I had to do 2 car trips to pick up items left behind. On the positive side, when the team were struggling to load truck in time, others came to join them to help out which was great and very helpful. However, this whole move was more stressful than it needed to be by the company not delivering sufficiently. The packer should have done more packing as a full pack had been paid for and more people should have been allocated to the move.

Although the final price slightly differed from your estimate - it was very reasonable and fair, as your estimate did not include additional services i.e. dismantling, re-assembling. They were rather flexible i.e. moved wardrobes without the need to remove garments from them This resulted in less packing - thus helped to make the removal experience less stressful. Removal team was punctual, very quick, pleasant, professional and careful in their handling of all items included in the move.

The guys did a great job, were very careful with my furniture and really good humored. Their cheerful and courteous attitude made the day go smoothly and took the stress out of it.

All the young men were polite, couldn't do enough for us. We were not allowed to help lift, carry etc. They left everything, neat and tidy. I have no problem with recommending this company to anyone. Good value for money. Arrived on time, excellent. Thank you very much.
