Communication wasn’t great at times, and when it came to exchange our estate agents and buyers solicitors had problems getting in touch but otherwise was ok, simple online platform to follow, relatively inexpensive and Amita was pleasant when contacted.

Very very good service, answered any questions and extremely prompt response time. Could always get through when called and was really impressed. Even contacted sellers solicitor for us to chase up documentation.

Personally, I would not use them again. I called, left a message but didn't receive a callback. There wasn't any personal touch, and the email thread seemed to consist of generic responses that didn't seem to support me.

They gave us good service, we would of preferred a bit more communication but at the end of the day they got us moved in within the time frame they gave us.

Excellent service and great value for money. The response time was impressive, typically addressing issues within the same day. While the approach might not be highly personalized or proactive in addressing non-standard needs, they reliably handle all necessary tasks. For specific, non-standard requirements, you may need to ask and sometimes investigate further on your own. Despite this, the overall service remains exceptional.

Initially I was worried that it was an online company with no direct contact with my conveyancer. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The service I received from Annie was brilliant. She answered all my queries quickly and professionally and I felt that she had my best interests at heart.
