So far they have been very professional and have maintained regular contact.

As a first-time buyer (aged 61!) I was unsure about the conveyancing procedure and asked 1st Property Lawyers for advice. They went out of their way to help me before I had even made any commitment to go ahead with them, so I had no hesitation in opting for this company. I have not been disappointed so far - they keep me informed of the status of my case and keep in touch when anything needs to be done. I would recommend them.

I would use 1st Property Lawyers again as it's easy/on-line and a fixed price.

I loved the secure online area, which made the process really quick and easy to manage. All the files I needed were at hand and organised in a sensible way for me to refer to, wherever I was. Rebecca was great when the negotiations became tricky, and made the process much less stressful.

Straightforward conveyancing job, happy to use an 'on-line' lawyer rather than pay twice the price for personal service, but to be honest, in my limited experience of conveyancing, I doubt whether I would have got any better service or more attention if I had used a local conveyancer.

Everything is done online which is fair enough but then when you don't hear anything for ages it is a bit annoying having to keep chasing - their phone calls to myself have been few and far between and the conveyancing continues without much joy.
