Purely excellent. Was a bit skeptical at first about it being online, If i ever had any questions needed answering they where answered in a timely fashion. This has been my 1st property purchase and it went so smoothly and stress free. Was very easy to print, sign and upload or send vier post for the important documents. They had a very professional manner and were always only a phonecall or email away from any questions that i had. The sale went through very quick and everything was completed to the highest of standards. I would reccomment this firm to anybody as they were great value for money and professional. This was my first house purchase but they made this very easy and i will use them again in the future.

I had to chase them a lot to get the information and even had to call the Bank to make sure that we have the money on time for completion. So, communication could improve a bit. I liked the eway application and that the operators could also answer some of my questions and I did not have to wait for the conveyancer to be available. Overall, they did a good job, although there were some mistakes made.
