It has been a little unclear so far as to who my contact is and there have been difficulties in getting responses.

Generally excellent service. Website easy to navigate, all documants available to read and download. Queries answered promptly, and in terms comprehensible to general public.

All staff were polite and were happy to deal with any questions. If my contact was not available other staff were supportive and were willing to assist if they could. If not they left messages, and I got a return call. We had problems with buyers down the line. This was explained to us and were kept well informed as it went on.

It was impossible to get hold of saima and she took a few days to reply or never did to certain queries. However we did speak regularly to other people on the team who had up to date information and were helpful in her unavailability. The app that is used is excellent and makes the steps really clear and easy to follow. When we pulled out of our purchase, there was no contact from anyone to make it clear we had finished the process and we were just removed access to the app

Adam was fantastic, kept me informed throughout, was ready to go so quickly despite it being a leasehold purchase which can cause further issues.
