The company kept advising they had yet to receive an information pack from the managing agents if the flat I am selling and when I contacted the managing agents directly to see what the hold up was, it was because the Solicitors had not yet paid the fee or requested the information over a month after I had transferred the money for the information pack to them!

Rubbish company, useless conveyancer, won’t answer queries or takes 3-4 days to answer emails. 7 months into the process and no progress. Had to droop out of sale. I wound not recommend using their service.

I have only started an initial process with them and seem to be quite satisfactory and quite professional. Quick id checks, and document verifications. So far seems to be a right desicion.
