I will be recommending Muve to everyone for their Conveyancing needs. The portal is easy to use and allows you to see at a glance your process and you recieve email notifications whenever there is an update. I cannot thank Shenia enough for her support throughout the whole process; both Shenia and Simantha always explained things thoroughly and were nothing but supportive. We had a number of issues throughout and she always kept us informed of the progress including towards the end when our Mortgage offer was about to expire, Shenia and Simanta worked consistently to ensure the deadline was met. I have never felt so reassured - emails were replied to promptly and phone calls always answered. Moving house is a stressful experience but I cannot thank Shenia, Simantha and the team at Muve for making the process as smooth as possible.

Recently used Muve to purchase a property, I must confess I was a little worried as the firm is primarily based online and over the phone. I needn't have worried our account manager Prasanthi was amazing throughout the process, always available and extremely professional and helpful. Same would be said of our conveyancer Thatyana, I would recommend the firm highly not least for the service, but the fact they are the cheapest by far.

I would like to say that the persons I interacted with were pleasingly patient and accommodating. However, perhaps because of the paranoia many of us suffer from through the vagaries of the Internet, I would have liked a situation of more personal interaction that may have alleviated some of the anxieties felt by fundamentally having to interact solely through emails and remote telephone calls. Yet may I say that the staff at MUVE were certainly reassuring by reducing any concerns I may have had.
