Terrible, absolute shambles. Account management was truly abysmal. Huge list of failures on a simple cash purchase. The only positive aspect was that because I had to keep on top of them the whole time, and cancelled searches (that they forgot to organise) we managed to push the process through in 7 weeks.

Utterly unprofessional with the majority of the team outsourced. Have raised a case with the legal ombudsman. Fake reviews on Trustpilot too. (They all have the same format).
