MUVE are incredible slow, unresponsive and their service is extremely unsatisfactory. They spent 3 months looking at the wrong lease. Which I had to point out to them on multiple occasions. Took months to allocate a solicitor to the case which in turn broke down the purchase chain meaning my vendors had to start looking for a property again. They also stopped working while my sellers were looking for a new property even though there were outstanding queries left on my account . In which time my sellers have found and are ready to go on their move and yet again I am the one holding them up after 3 more months. I’m struggling to trust anything they say is correct and have to have my brother, who is a commercial real estate solicitor check everything in detail again and again as they have made various errors. I have also had to constantly email and call to even find anything out about my move and to get them to get a move on. The whole process has been horrific, it has nearly been 9 months of stress due to their incompetence. Please if you are thinking about going with MUVE, do yourself a favour and go with a local solicitors who you can have contact with on a daily basis.

MUVE is based in Richmond, London - using basic skilled staff. For the price you pay, don't expect them to be proactive to get the sale closed. The sales process was admin intensive for us - we were asked to complete an extremely lengthy questionnaire and essentially answer any queries from the buyer. I feel that MUVE could have done more to assist here. On the plus side, they were responsive and did chase up the buyers when we pushed them to.

On average it took x3 emails to get an amendment made. The MUVE portal doesn't work that well for uploading files so a lot is done via email. You get given a direct line to your 'dedicated account manager' but always go through to the main desk where you have to give ALL of your details and reason for calling, everytime...
