Excellent communication – Highly recommend Muve. Hashanika and Fathima are both very helpful during the purchase process. We are a first-time buyer, there are some things that we do not understand but Fathima is supportive and patient in explaining the legal matter to us. She is quick to response to our queries. She kept us informed of the progress and she only accept instruction from us (her client) not from the estate agents or the seller’s solicitors. She is also transparent in relation to any additional costs. Reception/support team is also kind and helpful in passing our messages to our conveyancer. I would recommend Muve. Thank you Hashanika and Fathima for all your help.

Muve is a relatively budget conveyancing firm and you essentially get the service you've paid for. Yes there were some delays, a handful of small mistakes, minor frustrations, and better communication would have been nice at times. However, they still got us to exchange, and then to completion without any major concerns. Roger (account manager) and Siyathma (conveyancer) were pleasant to deal with and kept us updated on progress on a weekly (sometimes fortnightly) basis. Our account manager was fairly easy to get hold of by phone or email, and would communicate our questions promptly to the conveyancer. Answers sometimes took a while, but again, this was to be expected. Overall, I have little complaint. Muve have delivered on our instruction and we now have our house after about 3.5 months of conveyancing. Don't expect a top shelf/above-and-beyond service, you get what you pay for, no bells and/or whistles.

As a first time buyer , I have no idea of conveyancing process . Visiting the MUVE website and exchanging emails between account manager and me , I was clearly guided . Communication is easy and having response in 24 hours. At the final days my solicitor lead me all the preparing for smooth transaction with no obstruction . The completion went well on the proposed date.

They are the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with, they don’t answer calls and they don’t call back and have an unbelievable turnover of staff. A purchase that should have been completed in 12 weeks took 7 months I would never use them again.
