Paul was very helpful, open and honest throughout. He was gave us an approximate date for the survey on first inquiring about it and stuck to the agreed date. Paul was in regular contact with the seller's estate agents and arranged the survey despite the contacts being awkward and at times unprofessional. Paul called us immediately with a verbal summary, followed by a full emailed report that evening and papercopy 2 days later. The survey appears very comprehensive and Paul's valuation was in line with the banks valuation. All in all we were very pleased with Paul's work and very much appreciated his efforts with the estate agents. His survey also helped us to negotiate £10,000 off the agreed price of the house.

He was able to carry out the survey earlier than initially advised & gave us a verbal report the same day followed by an emailed report. Would recommend Paul Fieldhouse.

Paul was great. His prompt replies to emails helped get things moving quickly and he managed to fit the survey in for us sooner than we expected. He did a very thorough job on the survey and found a number of problems with the property which we were not aware of. He called us as soon as he completed the survey to discuss his findings and we had the report emailed to us later that day. I would definitely recommend Paul to family and friends in the future.

Excellent. Liaised with me personally throughout. He called me directly after the survey with verbal feedback and the written report arrived about five days later in hard copy, but the next day via email. A follow up question I sent via email on Easter Sunday (which I didn't expect a reply to until a few days later) was answered immediately with a phone call! I couldn't rate him more highly.
