"Immediately after completing the survey I contact the client by telephone advising them as to my findings. In Building Surveys I provide a guideline estimate of any necessary repairs. The defects reported in the survey may enable the client to negotiate a reduction in the purchase.

We received a highly efficient and friendly service and would highly recommend John. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and phoned us to chat through the survey on the same day he did it. We were very pleased with Paul's service. He arranged the survey promptly and called me on the day of the survey to discuss the report in detail and highlighted any issues requiring attention. He emailed me the final report by 5pm on the same day which was very helpful. Would highly recommend Paul.

Paul responded extremely quickly to my request for a report and delivered it the same day as the inspection as promised. He also rang me straight after the inspection which was great, again, as he had promised. Since production of his report, he has been available and helpful by telephone and e-mail, so I cannot fault his service and would recommend him without reservation.
