Efficient service and good communication, at a better price than other surveyors.

Poor integrity surveyors. I am a buyer using their level 3 service for a house i put an offer on. The surveyor made arrangements with the seller concealing certain defects in the property that I am aware of having certain defects. The report stated that they couldn't have access to certain rooms in the house due to not having keys and put the report based on that missing informarion. The seller confirmed that all keys were handed to the surveyor. They checked for damp in walls that apprantly in good condition, while missing walls near pipes deliberately. I raised a complain and no response was received despite multiple chase up. The report is a pre-filled template with one section completed and read is "as above". I can see now there are other poor reviews and complaints about people finding damp in their property upon moving in that costed thousands of pounds and I wish i read that beforehand. as the sale is pending the survey and I don't intend to throw another £500 because of a corrupted surveyor and a complacant company, i am also taking legal action due to the lack of reaponses- avoid at any cost.

I had to contact them twice as the first time, no one got back to me however, after the second time, a reply from Sharon was received promptly with an apology. The survey was booked the following day, with the surveyor going out that afternoon. Luckily, the vendor was at home; the report was received five days later, which was a rapid turnaround. The only reason it was not five stars when the report came back was that it randomly didn't have any details of two outbuildings, both locked, which would have been like the outside reported on and the roof's state.
