reasonable price tag with efficient service

Report produced promptly after date of survey. Easy to read.

Few discrepancies in the report that made me question if surveyor really got into the apartment, although description was accurate and good enough, i had to call multiple times to get explanation but in the end surveyor got the time to help me through the questions.

Laid back. Might need to call (nudge) him, but I’m impatient. Always want things done yesterday. He was great, also he was happy to answer any questions after. EG: the tradesman looking at the roof suggested a price of several thousand for remedial work highlighted by Nick. We talked through this with Nick and he said Nooooooo! It is just a few loose tiles. This was confirmed by a second trady quoting a few hundred.

Nick prepared a very thorough report which we found very useful in our negotiations with the Vendors. We have received the report within a week of the survey taking place. Nick has also kingly given us a rough cost estimate for the required repair work. We would recommend Nick's services.
