After my original survey with another company was cancelled at the last minute, Nick was able to complete a Level 3 survey for me at short notice. I received the report after a few days, which was quicker than expected. Nick’s detailed and easy to read report helped me to see the future work that would be needed on the property. there was a problem arranging for nick to get into the property. none was of nick's making, and did not complain when dates had to be altered. the survey was very thorough, and i have no hesitation in using/recommending nick.
