We've now moved into the house that Rod surveyed, which is a rather complex rambling, mixed-age property that may well have daunted a lesser person. But Rod was thorough and gave a good balanced view which (so far) seems to be well-judged.

Very worth while, saved me about £10,000 in repair costs. Lots of useful advice about house hunting and negotiating, will use again next time.

Very attentive to all our enquiries. Allowed us to accompany him on the day of the survey to discuss the evidence he'd found which was extremely useful. Further, we had several more chats on the phone subsequently which proved most useful. Over 170 pictures priovided via email and a most useful synopsis provided for our solicitors as well. All achieved with the minimum of delay and with kindness and courtesy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services wholeheartedly to anyone needing a professionally conducted survey.

Rod was helpfull and i was extreamly gratefull for the first survey he did probably saving thousands of my money.
