I would recommend Rod Stradling, he is very professional. The survey was carried out a few days after I instructed him to carry out the survey. Rod took numerous pictures during his survey and e-mailed them to me and then phoned me to talk me through the problems with the house that I am buying and it was brilliant to have the photos so I could see what Rod was talking about. The homebuyers report was then e-mailed a few days later and was set out in a clear and concise manner. Excellent value for money and would definately recommend.

I had the unfortunate situation where the house we were buying was taken off the market after the survey had been completed. Being back to square one we had to look for another property. Having found one we invited Rod Stradling to complete the survey on this property also. The price stated was, again, the price of his service. So we have been more than satisfied with both surveys that he has done for us.
