From initial contact with Mary Evans to arrange the appointment to talking through the results of the survey with Scott Young the process of using Edwards Milsom has been excellent. Survey was done next day and the report sent within a few days. Scott was extremely helpful in explaining the report over the phone. Can't recommend eneough.

Excellent value comprehensive survey, very helpful surveyor. Scott was very willing to chat afterwards about survey results / issues afterwards, he was very happy to take the time to go through it thoroughly. Sometimes didn't respond to emails quickly, but did respond to calls as soon as he could. Highly recommended.

The survey was carried out very soon after my request, and was comprehensive and professional. As a result of the findings of the survey, I have been able to negotiate a significant reduction in the purchase price. Very satisfied, and would recommend this firm.
