Survey was done quite quickly after my initial enquiry with the report available the following day, very efficient. It seemed a thorough and comprehensive report and presented the findings in a simple and straightforward way. Photos were also included to highlight some of the key points made. Several recommendations were made which were subsequently passed onto solicitor for forward action.

I really liked the fact that I was undertaking my first sole purchase, having already purchased my first house with my ex wife. Mr Young was very professional and particularly knowledgeable about the area, as I've not lived in Wales before and coming from England I know there are different things to consider. He was able to alert me to why my property is a good investment and he pointed to the specifics that needed to be monitored in the future and an estimated cost that I might have to consider but he was clear it was an estimated cost, which could rise or fall. The report was detailed, which he followed up with a call that was so assuring and nice to know that I was not being hurried during the call. The service from beginning to end was fantastic. I did require a full survey at such short notice and they delivered. A fantastic service allround.

A excellent report, quality service

Scott from Edward Milsom inspected property couple of days after initial request and then submitted report via computer two days later and hard copy through the post following day. Report was clear and concise and picked up a lot of things not seen visually by me .
