Removal men were fine and careful with our things. Any Van should have been clearer from the start that they charge extra for anything not on the itinerary list. Moving is a stressful process and this was not helpful or appreciated receiving this news on the day we were moving. This will be the first and last time we use this company and would not recommend to others for their services. They should reconsider the breakdown for their services. We could have got a much better deal with another company for paying for the right sized van to fit all of our things and the manual labour that came with it at a set fee, which was the impression we were under with Any Van. We totally relocated with our move, meaning that I had to leave my employment. I am now unemployed and this increase cost, which we had not budgeted for, was a huge dent into my expenses, especially when the extra money we’ve used to move will not be replenished through immediate income. Not happy at all and it’s a shame as Any Van gave us an initial good impression, which had a sour end result.

Absolutely awful, would never use of recommend again. They take your money from your bank early and then do not deliver what was agreed. They would not have a conversation about what was previously agreed and just wanted more money to complete the job on the day. Hugely stressful. They are a brokerage company who then pay the removal people a much reduced fee for their contract. The company who actually did the work were a couple of Romanian guys who were absolutely wonderful. Do not use these people

They were late , did not protect the furniture , made me pay more on arrival even though everything was discussed with the person from the office , damaged the furniture, it was not a pleasant experience for me .

Yes. I was told we would get two trucks or two trips and they brought one truck and only made one trip leaving us with over half a house to move. Also they left most large items that were marked for moving on their app like the washer/dryer, refrigerator, dining table and treadmill. We had to hire further removals.
We're incredibly sorry you have not received a satisfactory service. AnyVan completed a full review of your booking and the circumstances surrounding your move. While the majority of the items listed on your inventory were successfully collected and delivered as hired, we fully recognise the distress and inconvenience caused by the items that were not transported. While our records show that the driver did offer to return and collect the remaining items free of charge and this was declined at the time, we completely understand your disappointment and frustration. To rectify this, we have issued you with a refund of £272 which reflects the transportation costs of the specific items that were not taken, and a further gesture of goodwill, in recognition of the stress caused, equivalent to 10% of your original booking cost (£124). This was rounded up to a total refund of £400. We do apologise once again for the experience, and we hope to have put things right.
