I was happy with Zoe’s work and how prompt she was with responding to my queries but the support team working with her made a few glaring mistakes - such as sending me documentation for a property at a implement different address.

Worst experience of my life. Rude, incompetent, forgetful, slow. There is NOTHING I was happy about with the process and lost my house because they didn’t have anything done in time and developer went with another buyer.
