Ok ish. All communication with conveyancer by email and sometimes this makes it hard - it would have been handy to have been able to pick up the phone, as communication can be quicker, easier and clearer that way. Their eWay programme is ok but not brilliant, e.g. all downloads from the site (and we had to download tens and tens of document) are not helpfully called 'Document 1', 'Document 2', rather than more useful titles. It was hard to get our conveyancer to name and confirm an exchange date.

I chose them, in preference to DCLaw recommended by the estate agents, in the hope that they would be more accessible. Some hope! The communications, efficiency and responsiveness were all appalling and no decision could ever be taken without reference to an anonymous and uncontactable 'manager'. The final completion was achieved a week later than it should have been but at least the funds were transferred rapidly. Next time I'll do it myself!

We are first time buyers in the UK but cash buyers as we had owned property overseas. The portal is excellent and easy to understand. The process of buying a house in the UK is extremely complicated and we needed extra time and understanding to grasp some of the jargon and wording (English is our first language). I would prefer a more personal service with follow-up. We always got helped when we called in, but communication was often one sided. That being said, now we know what we are dealing with, I would use this company again.

Most appalling company I’ve ever had to deal with. My conveyancer was totally useless. Their reviews on your site must be fake. The ones on Google and Facebook are all terrible. I will not use their services or yours again.
