Adam Shire was assigned as an conveyancing Solicitor by connect2law. I am very happy with his professionalism. He kept me informed on almost daily basis on the progress. He is a master of reading fine prints! I only wish connect2law would have assigned Adam Shire earlier to my case than waiting for all reports to arrive to them. I lost at least good 1 week because of this. Otherwise i am generally happy with the overall experience.

They are very good at apologising but nothing changes. I instructed them beginning of November for a straight forward sale. It has been a collection of errors and appalling lack of communication. They appear to be short of staff (unless they give everyone annual leave all at the same time). I certainly would not use them again.

Dear Customer, As discussed, the initial delay was caused because we were awaiting a an important piece of documentation from you. The lawyers did chase you to provide this. We did lose some time on the management pack but we anticipate we will still get you to exchange in your desired timescale. Very late in appointment a dedicated person for my case.

Good to speak to you today and I'm pleased your case is progressing quickly and on track for your deadline. As discussed, it did take a couple of weeks for us to chase down all of the papers from the other parties, and only then could we introduce you to your dedicated conveyancer.
