inspection was very quick and so was report after inspection. report was very easy to read.

Very quick response to the quote request. I had quite a few to look at so I took the time to read reviews from all companies who sent a quote. I selected Shield Surveyors as the reviews were excellent and the price was reasonable (and the quote was very clear, e.g. VAT included). Setting up the survey appointment was simple, and everything went without a hitch. The report was delivered very promptly after the survey was carried out. The quality was excellent and easy to understand, and it helped up to determine whether to offer on the property.
