Getting a Level 3 structural survey for a property you are thinking of investing in can be dounting and expensive. Seeing as all the survey providers are RICS registered, I felt confident to go with the most competative/cheapest quotation. The communication from McCallums was excellent throughout and the final report was received two days following the site visit. I was impressed with the level of detail provided in the report as well as the user-friendly presentation which included a useful diagram at the end of the report to explain the technical names of the building. I will be sure to recommend or use this company again.

The survey has several factual inaccuracies. Photos were not labelled or given any explanation. They promised an amended document & a floor plan which has never been given to us, despite chasing frequently. We can now trust nothing in the survey so it was a complete waste. Communication has been poor. They have also responded to my reviews accusing me of being a scam/con. I have also seen this on other negative reviews for them. The only positive is we were given a quick refund, but our questions were still never answered.

The were amazing. Very efficient and answered all of my questions on the same day. They got me booked in straight away and kept me up to date with the progress and let me know when the survey had been completed.
