The company used were very proactive in contacting and arranging for a surveyor to come out to the property. They provided a lot of detailed information prior including a YouTube video of what to expect. The surgery who visited the property was very informative and was very professional

Very good value for money. L2 housebuyers report was thorough with lots of pictures evidencing the findings. Was kept fully informed via email and phone of where they were in terms of arranging a date with the sellers, and gave an accurate date for when the report would be sent (approx a week after the survey) .

I really appreciated that after the survey which was really detailed, that the surveyor took his time to talk to us on the phone to explain in detail what every bit of the survey meant and what we can do ourselves to resolve the issues. It gave us peace of mind and has prepared us for things we will need to fix when moving in.
