The company was great from the outset. They charged a very fair and competitive fee. I made a mistake on timings, resulting in a wasted trip, and they did not charge the whole fee again. Col was very helpful throughout, and after being given poor advice by my solicitor meaning that my survey expired, fit me in at short notice for a new survey.
