Great service at a very reasonable price. Our Level 3 report was useful and informative - in our case there were few issues to report on, but peace of mind was given that led to us completing on the house. We received the report approximately 10 days after the survey was taken out. Reallymoving provided a number of options for surveyors - Robert Ward reached out on behalf of Thames Building Consultancy Ltd with the best initial engagement compared to other companies meaning I didn't choose the cheapest option. This made everything extremely easy and service continued throughout in this way, dealing with everything quickly and efficiently via communication over email or phone. I've rated 5 stars and I'm perfectly happy with the service received - a couple of points to note for others: Payment needs to be made before the day of the survey, not after the report is received. Photos are provided via an online cloud storage link (which means higher quality), but at the cost of meaning the photos are not included in the report document itself. As a result you have to make the connection yourself between what is being discussed and any respective photos.

I approached Robert in a hurry to get my Level 2 survey done. Although he had many other appointments fixed, he went out of his way to find time in his schedule, which I knew was a kind favour, and so I am truly grateful for him agreeing to do the survey at a short notice. He was very professional and kept me informed of all his findings, and sent me the entire report + pictures which did help me negotiate with my seller. He was was honest with his feedback on what are the must dos and what are the good-to-haves, which really helped me nail down my priorities. Overall, a true gentleman and I loved talking about so many other things but the survey. Robert, thanks you very much again. All the best!
