I contacted Cosey Homes and spoke to Jess she was fantastic at arranging the earliest appointment as I required the survey urgently, they also gave a good report for the valuation. Jess kept me informed and the surveryor rang with a brief review of the valuation prior to sending the report. We are happy with our choice.

Very good service. Survey conducted 2 days after payment. Report with me by 5 working days. Report was very informative with lots of supporting photos which helped our conveyancer too.
