Chris was great from the get go! I emailed him immediately to get the survey booked in and he was extremely prompt at getting it all sorted and contacting our estate agent to get everything booked. Whenever I emailed with a question he always got back to me quickly and with all the information I needed. Once the survey was complete, Chris got the report over to me the next day. The report was clear and informative and gave me all the information I needed. Would definitely use Oracle again for any future house purchases!
