All inspections are carried out personally by the Malcolm Rand who qualified as a surveyor in 1987 and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We don’t delegate our work to inexperienced junior members to ensure the service you receive is of the highest quality.

My first contact with Malcolm was by phone and he was friendly, very professional and clear. Within a few days and after Malcolm had arrange the survey, we were gazumpted on the price. We decided it prudent not to continue with the purchase and informed Malcolm. He was a total gentleman, sympathized and said that he would arrange a total refund of the fee which he did the same day. If only everyone in business, and life, were as honest and straightforward as Malcolm! Cannot recommend highly enough. Roger Davies.

Prompt communication - report received (e-mail) day after survey and paper copy in two days. Great detail and Malcolm was ready to discuss its detail.

Being first time buyers we were a little bit apprehensive about choosing a surveyor to carry out our home buyers survey. We chose Malcolm Rand as the feedback he had received was excellent. He did not disappoint. We contacted him on Monday and he explained how everything would be carried out. We had an email copy of the report by Thursday and the hard copy by Saturday. The report was very detailed with some interesting reading that we would not have been aware of or even have thought of to check. Overall we were extremely pleased with the service we received and would recommend using him for your home surveys.
