Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely appreciate both positive and constructive feedback, as it helps us learn and improve our service. Your booking was made at the last minute, and we only received a short video that did not show the loft, shed. Some of those garage items were supposed to be cleared beforehand, and some items had to be moved by you as you had access to the new house's garage. We fully appreciate how stressful moving can be and that not everything always goes according to plan. We quoted you for two vehicles and a full packing service. Unfortunately, the team was delayed for the packing day — we sincerely apologised for that, as occasional delays do happen. Most of the packing was completed the day before the move, and the remaining items — usually things needed for the final night — were packed in the morning. On moving day, we loaded both vehicles and waited for the keys to the new property. The house was cleared on time. Only a few garden and garage items remained on the driveway, which the new owner was happy with, especially as you were moving just a few streets away. Another company arrived at 11 a.m., and the house was cleared by 1 p.m., as required. We only charged for an additional load based on the actual time and labour — not a full vehicle rate. The first two vehicles were charged at £450 each, and the third load was only £200, covering just the team's cost. It's very difficult to provide an accurate quote when key areas (like the loft or shed) are not visible or when some items thought to be cleared are still present. Despite the challenges, our team went above and beyond — even moving a bike shed over a fence — and worked long hours without complaint. We always quote based on the volume we can see and assess. What seemed like a small 3-bedroom move turned out to be larger in reality. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope this provides clarity.
