Paul is excellent. He made what would have been a stressful situation, very smooth. Indeed, when I offered to lend a hand, he told me to go sit and relax while he and his team took care of everything. So I did, and they did. He's organised, efficient and very tidy. I was staggered by how quickly they worked, and everything was completed ahead of schedule. Paul's prices are good, but don't let price be a factor in your decision. You will not find a better service than this. Highly recommend, definitely use.

Paul arrived for his appointment for the quotation on time and throughout our dealings his manner / attitude has been professional, friendly and courteous. I think I just felt relaxed around him and his son who helped with the move on the day. This really put me at ease and helped me as I was already very stressed with the move. Paul and Anawud certainly went above and beyond on move day but also the day before with regard to packing up the house. They were both extremely hard working, knew what they were doing, were intuitive which helped when I wasn’t around they knew the best place to put everything without me having to be there telling them. But apart from all that they were just lovely, nice people. Very happy with my choice.

No nonsense professional attitude. Turned up early got on with it and made no issues when delayed at destination moving in.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ! Paul and his assistant, JP, provided amazing service moving my elderly Mum from a bungalow into a smaller flat. We were kept informed right up to the move date - so no worrying if they would turn up. They worked constantly and only stopped when we had to wait to collect our keys. Nothing was too much trouble - everything was put into place - and they even connected the tv up ! Floor coverings were placed at both properties and extreme care was taken moving items in and out. The price charged for their services was very reasonable. Their professionalism and friendliness put my Mum at ease with what was a huge transition for her. I will always recommend this company and if you’re moving house, ease the stress by using P D RICHARDS LTD

Paul and his crew were great. They arrived early and got the job done smoothly and professionally, despite my move having a less than ideal parking scenario! They were friendly and really cared about my things, inclyding tre floors, for which they put rugs down. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A first class service with utmost care and respect for our property and belongings and were able to accommodate our many and various requests and requirements. Would happily give them 5 stars for service and professionalism
