Everything about using Leader Removals was a nice experience. While price was the determining factor in selection (their quote was £250inc VAT cheaper then others we received), the overall customer experience has been great. The office team are knowledgeable, helpful and always quick to response to my many questions. The team that did the move were hard working and efficient, making sure they always communicated in terms of questions and what stage of the move we were at. Would use them again and of course recommend them highly.

Although the final price was £100 higher than the original estimate, it was still the lowest final price of the bunch. Letty (our contact person for the company) has been very helpful and friendly.

The men arrived within the estimated time frame, got straight down to work, were swift, careful and cheerful. They were utterly reassuring in stressful circumstances and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them highly.
