It was great having an online management tool, as this not only allowed me to review documents online and check on progress, but all conveyancing articles/ information were readily available especially for a first time buyer like myself. Michala was very personable and helpful, along with all her other colleagues that picked the phone when I called. The whole process took almost 2 months - which was quick in my view. I would highly recommend this firm, and I would certainly be using them again next time.

FANTASTIC! Don't go anywhere else for your conveyancing... It's hard to put into words how good this service has been. However, if you have arrived here at Trustpilot to read reviews... STOP RIGHT NOW - DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER...This is the company you'll want to work with. The service is excellent. Ring the main number and you'll get right through to your conveyancer; in our case, Alex Ward who did a magnificent job... The system uses their proprietary portal for all your communications. Its brilliantly laid out and clearly displays the progress of your job as well as any actions you need to take. When you are required to read something, sign something or upload something, a text message and email alerts you to the number of tasks you need to do. This is fantastic as it saves all the toing and froing and worry of your need to do something or why the process may have paused. But if in doubt, a quick call will get you back on track. I totally recommend this company and their staff and system takes 90% of the stress away. It's quite brilliant! Thank you, Alex, for making our move so stressless ... Regards Lt. Col. Mike Rickards

Very good service - online system really helpful, app could be improved. Only negative comment was that the fees increased from original estimate.
