We chose this quote, not because it was the lowest, but because the initial email from them was clear, easy to understand and seemed upfront about all the charges etc. The service we received was quite exceptional, especially considering that we were buying our house during lockdown. Communication with us was quick and clear, everything was explained clearly in the documentation and any questions we had were answered very promptly. Alpa and Ylenia were extremely efficient, kept us constantly updated, and answered all our questions, no matter how big or small, usually within the day. When Alpa was on holiday and then later briefly furloughed, they ensured complete continuity, suggesting that the high standards we experienced are characteristic of the company as a whole. Really amazing value for money.
