Very slow process

Unfortunately, this company are very poor at responding to emails, voice calls and voice messages left for them. We found that I was also asked to provide information a second time when I had already supplied the requested information at the first request. Some uploaded documents sent in response to Buyers Solicitors queries were not checked and passed on without delay. The sale price was misquoted on the documentation causing a delay in exchange of contracts, for which I was then charged a premium fee for completion within 3 days. I had to raise this issue several times to eventually receive a refund. A document submitted 6 months ago at the start of the process had a signature error, this was not picked up until a couple of days before completion, this required a new agreement to be sent out and signed again by all three of us. However, the fist agreement form was incorrect, which we spotted and requested a valid agreement form. I was asked to complete a Trustpilot review, but when I followed the link I was told it had already been completed, it had not been though. I requested another opportunity to do a review and I'm still waiting. Several issue is setting up an Indemnity Policy which kept jumping up in price because they were being rejected by the Buyer's Solicitor.
