As a first time buyer I cannot recommend BK Gill Solicitors highly enough. My solicitor, Aisha, was friendly and professional, kept me well informed throughout the process and was always happy to answer any queries I had. She helped make the whole experience relatively stress free.

It is not my expecting .

Very surprised at your review considering that we pulled out all the stops to settle your transaction. As you are well aware there was a problem with your title as a result of which a considerable amount of extra work was carried out, none of which you were charged an extra fee for. Our fee remained at a very reasonable £300 plus vat and you were charged an extra £25.20 for a copy deed we had to provide to the buyer's agent to resolve the title issue. Noted that all my staff pulled out all the stops to settle your transaction and although we appreciate all feedback, negative or positive I think you are well are that your comments are totally without substance.

They were 1st class, met the entry date and kept me fully informed throughout. They also saved me £300 on my original 'local' quote.

The final price was over £100 more than quoted. This was due to additional costs which should have been optional, but we weren't given a choice (ie £60 bank processing fee, when we are happy with a cheque)
