I had an excellent experience with Nebula Chartered Surveyors. Although I did not choose them because of price, as they were not the cheapest on the list, I now appreciate that the saying “you get what you pay for” truly applies here. The report was exceptionally thorough and meticulously prepared, containing a wealth of detailed commentary that clearly reflects many hours of careful work by the surveyor. The team was friendly, responsive, and provided excellent advice throughout. I would highly recommend this firm.
