Prompt service, although the price was the cheapest quote for what I required. I think it is extremely expensive for the time taken to perform the survey and an email with the valuation.

Excellent service. Survey carried out on the arranged date. Received a phone call shortly after to discuss findings & recommendations. The very thorough written report followed within 48 hours. All for a very reasonable price as quoted.

I'd highly recommend CKE Property. Charles was very quick to respond to our enquiry, and made time to talk through a couple of things we were concerned about before his visit. On the day of the survey he gave us verbal feedback on those items, and mentioned several other important things he picked up on too. The survey report came through the following day, with lots of detail. In summary, Charles was clearly very knowledgeable, explained things clearly and responded very quickly. Mr Kingsley-Evans was very efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He phoned us on the day he carried out the survey to let us know his initial thoughts, so no waiting around, and let us have his full report the following day. Wonderful service!!
