Bianca was exceptional in her customer service from start to finish and all the team at Britmove really took the stress out of the move itself. They were so helpful, had excellent, easy communication and I can't fault their service. I would definitely recommend. Very grateful for all of the team at Britmoves help with this.

Van was a bit late but once they arrived they were superstars.

It was quite expensive, but the team doing the move were excellent. Overall it took a huge amount of work off of us and made the whole thing a lot less stressful.

Good job and on time

Very good customer service and very flexible staff who patiently waited until I exchanged to take my stuff and until I completed to unload. I appreciate they had been waiting around for a long time but not very careful with my furniture.

Britmove were one of the cheaper quotes we had for removals. Throughout the quotation process they were efficient and responsive. On the day of the move their team arrived early and were really efficient. They put down protection to keep the carpets clean. They were great at taking apart and rebuilding difficult furniture. Everything fragile was well protected. The removal was completed quickly and effectively

Movers were great, company was quite expensive and took payment without informing - used saved card used for deposit for outstanding balance. Would have preferred an email to confirm this

This was the most expensive quote we had so not our initial choice. However they were ‘on the ball’ when we needed them, efficient and professional. The guys turned up on time, they had to remove a door to get the sofa out and they replaced it perfectly. They were polite and quickly got on with the job. They were equally quick when delivering the furniture. Maybe more expensive but we felt the office and the removal guys took the stress of the physical move away from us and that was worth the extra cost. We would use them again.
