So far, they've been really good to work with. While it can be hard getting a response by phone, they are regularly in touch by email and taking care of everything for us. They're also chasing us when we need to supply something to them, which is great.

The solicitor Nicholas Pack and his team have been really helpful and are quick to reply to my messages and pass details from buyer and sellers solicitors. My sale isn't complete yet but I have every faith that the team at Wilford Smith will have the exchange completed by the end of next week.
